Alexia Crawley

Senior Manager, Summer Funding Collaborative

What was your first job, and what did it teach you about yourself?

My first job as a team member at Sonic taught me about leadership, teamwork, self-advocacy, and service. I learned that every role on a team is important, so the satisfaction of every person is important. Additionally, I learned that leadership often starts at the top but doesn’t exclusively live there. Most importantly, I was reminded that skating is a skill that shouldn’t be taken for granted.
