With experience in teaching and design, Cliff Weaver (he/him) is passionate about solving problems affecting Baltimore’s youth and families.

As a computer science instructor for a nonprofit organization serving Baltimore City Public Schools, Cliff created fun and inclusive digital technology lessons for students. As an adjunct professor, he focused on improving teaching methods to help students succeed. Now, as the creative director and executive at a boutique design firm specializing in data presentation and user experience design, he leads projects that make complex information easy to understand—crucial for sharing data across different city agencies.

Cliff aims to help policy developers make better decisions to support young people by focusing on fairness and addressing the challenges they face, helping them achieve stability and success.
