Derrell Frazier ​​(he/him/his) stands as an advocate for progress, a dynamic force at the intersection of social justice and community transformation. When he heard about the Community Advisory Board, he knew it would be the perfect opportunity to contribute back to his community in a meaningful way.

Derrell’s advocacy has extended to a dedication to inclusivity, amplifying community feedback, and championing a diverse and empowered workforce. As the Senior Manager of Memberships & Partnerships at Reform Alliance, his leadership has been a driving force in propelling the organization's mission to build safer communities through criminal justice reform. As a native Baltimorean, he has been invested in youth advocacy and engagement because he understands the impact of everyone's voice being included in decision-making.

His academic foundation and lived experience underscores his commitment to excellence in advocacy and leadership. Derrell looks forward to working collaboratively with stakeholders to develop an inclusive approach to driving equity in grant funding for all young people.
