Baltimore City Fund Mapping 2023
What is fund mapping?
Fund mapping is a process of gathering information on investments from multiple public and private funders to help leaders better understand where money is coming from, where it’s going, and how it aligns with community needs.
The information below reflects fund mapping data from fiscal year 2022 relating to supports and services for young people ages 14-24 in Baltimore City.
Baltimore’s Promise is the local lead on this fund map project, in partnership with The Annie E. Casey Foundation and the Maryland Philanthropy Network. The Casey Foundation supported Mainspring Consulting to help with collecting and analyzing data.
Twenty-eight funders provided input on what areas the fund map should focus, and shared data on investments.
