What do you want people to know about Baltimore?

I want people to see the positivity, diversity, and support that Baltimore offers.

Jazmine Green

Community Research and action committee

Jazmine Green (she/her) is a senior at the Baltimore Polytechnic Institute (BPI). While at BPI, she has consistently been an honor roll student.

Jazmine has a deep interest in STEM. In school, she took part in the Ingenuity Project, which offered the opportunity to conduct research through her own data collection process to investigate inequities between working mothers and working fathers. Through internships, she has also conducted research in epigenetics, climate action, and neurology.

After graduation, Jazmine wants to study neuroscience and Spanish. She was motivated to join the Community Research and Action Committee by a strong desire to make a positive impact in her community and for the people around her.

When she is not studying, Jazmine is often playing sports—except when she’s at an O’s game and on Football Sundays, when she’s cheering for the Ravens at home!
